Twitter’s default setting hides sensitive content, but it’s easy to see all tweets on the platform — even those that are normally hidden.
Twitter is a treasure trove of information, but one thing it doesn’t do is show you everything. If you want to see everything on Twitter — even tweets with sensitive content — there’s a way you can do it.
Here’s how:
Click on your profile icon on the top-right side of your screen. This will open up your profile page.
Click on the “Settings” wheel button in the top-right corner of your screen (next to your profile icon). This will open up a drop-down menu where you can find Settings and Privacy & Safety options. Scroll down until you find Privacy & Safety and click on it. You’ll see an option called “Hide sensitive content.” Clicking on this will reveal options for hiding sensitive content from your timeline, notifications or page. To hide sensitive content entirely from all three areas, simply uncheck all three boxes in this section.
If you’re tired of seeing sensitive content on Twitter, there’s a way to get rid of it. The company has introduced a new feature that lets you filter out content that might be too sensitive for your tastes.
The feature is called Mute Filters and it gives users the ability to filter out sensitive content like profanity or graphic images from their timelines. The new feature is being rolled out over the next few weeks so it may not show up immediately for everyone.
To find the Mute Filters feature, click on your profile icon in the top right corner, and then click “Settings & Privacy” in the drop-down menu. Scroll down until you see “Mute Filters.” Click on “Create New” and select “Hide Tweets containing specific words or phrases.” Then type in any words or phrases that you want to filter out from your timeline, such as “Trump,” “immigration reform,” or even just a single word like “fuck.”
Once you’ve added some terms into the box at the bottom, hit Save Changes and go back to your timeline to see if any tweets have been filtered out yet.

Do You Want To See Sensitive Content On Twitter Like Tweets Before They Get Deleted?
There’s a new app in town that’s allowing users to see sensitive content on Twitter before it gets deleted.
The app is called TweetDeleter, and it was created by developer Paul Murphy. The app allows users to view any tweet that has been deleted by its author.
As you may know, Twitter only allows you to see the most recent 30 days’ worth of tweets per account. If a tweet is older than 30 days, it’s gone forever — unless someone else saved it using an archiving tool like Snapbird or Tweet Archiver.
So if you want to see something once it’s been deleted, there are ways around this limitation — but they aren’t exactly easy to use for the average person.
That’s where TweetDeleter comes in handy: It lets anyone browse all deleted tweets from any user on Twitter without having to use any third-party tools or having any technical experience whatsoever.
